What types of events do you cater?
We cater weddings, corporate gatherings, private celebrations, milestone occasions, and more. Our menus and service styles can be tailored to suit the event.
Do you offer both buffet and plated service?
Yes. Full-service catering can include staffed buffets or plated dining. We also offer drop-off catering and pickup options.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?
We welcome dietary requests and encourage clients to disclose all food allergies and restrictions during the inquiry process. Our team will review these requirements and discuss available accommodations. However, because our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients and allergens, we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free preparation or service environment.
When should I request a proposal?
As early as possible, particularly for weddings and popular event dates. Availability and planning requirements vary by event.
Can I customize my catering menu?
Absolutely. Share your preferences, guest count, and event style. We'll discuss available options and tailor a proposal to your needs.
Is a deposit required to reserve my date?
Yes. A $500 deposit is required to reserve your event date. Additional payment terms and deadlines will be outlined in your catering proposal and service agreement.
Can I bring outside food or desserts?
Yes. Outside food and desserts are permitted with a signed Outside Food Waiver Form. This requirement applies to any food or beverage items provided by the client or another vendor that are not supplied by Pittman’s Texaque®.
